When I moved to this area I was unfamiliar with where to go so I looked up gyms and came across CFML Plymouth Meeting, and am SO glad I found it! Everyone was kind, welcoming and willing to teach me the ropes of CrossFit. I have now been here for about 3 years and look forward to class each week.
