Absolutely outstanding group of coaches, helping athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes get healthier and happier. Whether you’re new at Crossfit, or some sort of super athlete, CFML has something to offer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Crossfit Main Line is great! When I joined in 2018 I was immediately impressed by the coaching and especially how it is tailored to each individual’s needs and abilities. What I didn’t expect was how supportive and cohesive the community would be – I’ve not only made physical gains, but also so many friends. Highly recommended!
I started almost a month ago and it’s been a great experience. Everyone made me feel welcome. Coaches are great and they always make sure you get the most out of your workout. Doesn’t matter the level that you are at, you’ll fit right in!
Great gym! As a new member to CrossFit all of the coaches (Daniel, Chelsea and Kelli) have made me feel super welcomed right from the start. All the coaches and community are extremely helpful and friendly teaching all of the workout movements. Very happy with my decision to join CFML – Ardmore!
Long review but I needed all these words to say how amazing this place is! I moved 600 miles away from home all the way to PA for school. Then I decided to stay the summer in PA all alone from my family and friends. It was hard. It was lonely. As a former athlete, retired from numerous injuries from a car accident and life, I hated working out alone and couldn’t find the motivation to train at the same intensity that I had known for the past 11 years. Then I joined CrossFit Mainline. I began to find a community and looked forward to going to work out at a high level every day with amazing coaches and amazing athletes that encouraged each other during every workout. The coaches are amazing, I’ve never been a huge morning person, but Chelsey’s 6:30 am workouts became a staple for me over the summer before I went to work. Coach Chelsey, Jean, April, Matt, Mark, Ray, Daniel— they work each day to make you better, They celebrate wins with you, and they encourage you to work harder and do better everyday … even when you don’t feel like it. When I was in a car accident this year, I texted coach April for a hold on my account, and she showered me with support and love – this place has become my family and my home away from home. During the school year now I go back and forth from morning classes to evenings. It’s the best stress relief, best workout, and best place to be. To summarize this, all I can say is JOIN!
CrossFit Main Line is a fantastic community to be a part of! Even though I’d never touched a barbell before joining a few years ago, the coaches and members were so friendly and welcoming that I knew right away I’d become a regular. Coming here has become one of the best parts of the day.
As is typical of my New Year’s resolutions, I decided in January I was going to start going to the gym. I assumed that like in previous years, I would be done going to the gym and back to my old habits within a month. So I join mainline CrossFit without much hope for it. 11 months later, I am hooked. It has changed my life not just physically, but mentally as well. And I think that all goes to the coaches and the other athletes. Everyone is so supportive, and scales things to your needs. I’ve felt part of a team from day one. So if you’re like me, and always intended to go to a gym, but never quite did so, give this a try. You won’t regret it.

Finding fitness after being a washed up former division one athlete was a very very difficult path for me. With hip issues from surgery and the fitness funk remaining from Covid I was looking for something new that could nurture my competitive edge and help me have fun while working out. CrossFit Mainline is the happiest place on earth for me! I love the environment and the competition that occurs within the gym. I also love that I am constantly encouraged to push myself and am in the best shape of my life after only 2 months. Every single coach is so knowledgeable and truly cares about your journey. Whether it’s Coach Jean reminding you to stretch, Coach April telling you to literally “just lift the bar lea” when I’m doubting my strength, or Chelsey giving you an extra shot of energy during your 5:30 am workout that will last you the entire day. I am so happy to have found my fitness home at CrossFit Mainline!!!
I’m officially a CrossFit convert! I’m a night owl who had never lifted in her life but am fully addicted to the 530am class. The coaches, Chelsea and April, are amazing. Fun, knowledgeable, inclusive. If you’re a pro or a beginner they make it easy to get started, learn and grow and the environment is super supportive. If you’re curious, come check it out!
