CFML is my healthy addiction! Prior to joining, I toured 3 other gyms as mine was closing. I picked CFML Wayne because of its convenient location, friendly members and coaches alike. I did not feel intimidated whatsoever, which was my primary concern as I’m relatively new to exercising. Over the course of 18 mos I’ve gone from a 2x/week member to a 5x/week member. When I moved to this area I was unfamiliar with where to go so I looked up gyms and came across CFML Plymouth Meeting, and am SO glad I found it! Everyone was kind, welcoming and willing to teach me the ropes of CrossFit. I have now been here for about 3 years and look forward to class each week. The coaches are all amazing and have made me the strongest I have ever been.
