Whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced gymnast, this clinic offers exceptional coaching and facilities to enhance your skills.

Additionally, don’t miss out on two upcoming events at CrossFit Main Line. Join us for Re-Test Day and experience an InBody scan to analyze your body composition, followed by a special class with CFML Athlete Pete Hellberg to discover Cenegenics, focusing on peak health.

Roberto Fontan, our CFML – Ardmore Leader of the Month, embodies strength and determination. His favorite lift, the Bench Press, showcases his commitment with a PR of 255. While rowing might not be his top pick, his enthusiasm shines brightest during the 6:30 PM class. Roberto’s superpower lies in his expertise in Pelota Vasca, a unique skill worth discovering. As a Tarantino aficionado, he enjoys immersive movies. Ask him about aliens, and Roberto’s conviction hits 100%. In and out of the gym, Roberto’s passions and energy inspire us all. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

Roberto Fontan’s positive energy precedes him as he enters any room, radiating warmth and welcome to all. His uplifting spirit and friendly demeanor make him a cherished presence in our community. Experience an InBody scan during scheduled times to analyze body composition—weight, muscle mass, body fat, and hydration—guided by our coaches. Then, join the 9am class with CFML Athlete Pete Hellberg to discover Cenegenics, a Plymouth Meeting-based company focused on peak cognitive, physical, and metabolic health.

Additionally, join us on Saturday, April 27th, for the Manion Hero WOD honoring 1st Lt Travis Manion, USMC. This workout includes a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats for 7 rounds, symbolizing Travis’ sacrifice on April 29th, 2007. Having recently graduated from Drexel University as a scholarship ice hockey player, Jimmy will be coaching classes at CFML – Ardmore for the next few months before his deployment to boot camp in the Army Reserves. His ultimate goal is to become a commercial airline pilot. Let’s show Coach Jimmy our support and enthusiasm as he embarks on this new chapter of his journey!
