CrossFit Main Line’s youth programs help build confidence and improve self-esteem in boys and girls ages 3 and older.

CrossFit For Kids | Age 3-7

  • Safe for child development

  • Learn movements and equipment

Juniors | Age 8-10

  • Safely build coordination, confidence, and strength

  • Learn proper movement foundations

  • Focus on technique using dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, and barbells

Teens CrossFit | Age 11+

  • Build a healthy relationship with exercise

  • Develop balance, flexibility, and varied skills

  • Progress to barbell movements and tougher exercises

how To Get Started

Pick A Location & Submit Your Info

Select from one of three locations, Ardmore, Plymouth Meeting, or Wayne, then submit your information.

A Coach Will Reach Out To You

After we receive your info a coach from the location you selected will reach out over text to get your child setup for their first class.

Book & Attend $1 Trial Class

Once you've agreed to a time a coach will book your child in for a class, all you have to do is show up & workout!
