The best gym in the world! Honestly, I never expected to enjoy Crossfit as much as I do here. The coaches are phenomenal and super attentive. They prioritize doing movements correctly and make sure you feel confident no matter how much you can lift. Not only are the workouts amazing but so is the community I found at this gym. I found real friends through the gym, people that are so kind and welcoming and ENCOURAGING! This place is like a home to me and I tell everyone I know how much Crossfit has change my mental and physical health. If you have the opportunity to stop by this gym, I promise you won’t regret it.read more
I just moved here and was so happy to have found CFML Wayne! I felt welcomed and part of the community from my very first class. I’ve already learned so much and can feel myself improving on skills already; the coaches do a great job at breaking down each movement and providing scaled options during workouts. Each coach is extremely knowledgeable and gives you individualized feedback each class. I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Mainline enough!!read more

I have been a member of CFML Plymouth Meeting for almost 10 years. Before I started CrossFit I had been just a regular “globo-gym” member, just doing my own thing without any guidance. But I wasn’t seeing any change in my appearance or strength. I was ready to try something different. Starting this journey has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. Not only did I start to get stronger physically, but also mentally. The team of coaches here are so wonderful and kind. They are always willing to take the time with each member to explain things, change things up to better suit your needs, or just listen.I have never been a member at another CrossFit gym, but I feel so lucky to have found CFML Plymouth Meeting as my intro to CrossFit. This can be your gym, but it can also be your community. I have met so many wonderful people here, and made so many new friends. Coming to class is the best part of my day!read more

I have been working out at CrossFit Main Line for the past 2+ years, and I love it! Before CFML, I rarely worked out and found gyms a little intimidating. But here, the coaches are not only super friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable. I know I’m in good hands when I attend their classes, and I always feel welcome and included. I have never been fitter, and exercising has never been this fun before. I can’t wait to see how much stronger I’ll get alongside all my peers at CFML.read more
