From the moment I found out about crossfit I have been waiting for the opportunity to find a box! Crossfit has been amazing for me and I knew it would take me to the next level but it's also important that the environment in the box has to have good vibes and mainline crossfit was on point... crossfit help take me to the person I have been fighting to be, and that's is a happier and healthier me. I'm happy to say I am down to 216.4 lbs from 223.6 lbs... I have lost 7.2 lbs during my 21 day crossfit challenge. My goal is to reach 145lbs within next year, and I am sure Mainline crossfit can take me there. Special thanks Betsy our team lead! Boddd Squad! Thank you to all coaches Heather, Kekio, Daniel, and Michael...(I'm sure I'm missing someone) Everyone was very welcoming and nice to my co worker and I. We had a blast!

I LOVE the community at this gym!! It is the main reason that I have continued to go here for almost 6 years now. The gym owners and managers are always approachable and exude a great positive energy whenever you see them. They also always do their best to improve the gym environment and programming to benefit the full community.

Main Line CrossFit has been an awesome experience! All of the staff and members are super supportive of each other and it really helps getting through some tough workouts. On top of getting a great exercise, I’ve learned a lot about nutrition too!

I walked into CrossFit Main Line in 2014 in search of a support network reminiscent of the camaraderie I felt in the military. I was immediately impressed with the welcoming community of enthusiastic members and knowledgeable coaches committed to health and fitness.Since joining, I can say I lost more than 20 pounds, gained more strength than I ever had when I served in the Marine Corps, and most importantly— found a dependable network of new friends that I often have fun with both inside and outside the gym.I’ve grown a lot here. In addition to still being an active member, I’ve also become a coach and manager committed to helping others reach their own health and fitness goals. I’ve experienced the positive results CrossFit Main Line delivers firsthand, and I’m incredibly proud to have the privilege of helping others improve their lives too.

Great box with a great community. The coaches are knowledgeable and have helped me improve my technique on more complex movements. They have a solid arsenal of equipment that is always being updated and improved, and they truly take the feedback from their members to heart. Overall, CFML creates a constructive and inclusive environment for reaching any type of fitness goal.
