If you’re like me, you have been going to the gym because it’s good for you and not because you like to. I gave done a trial or a couple months at just about every gym in couple mike radius – I was bored and couldn’t find my place.Until I found Main Line Crossfit. From the incredible community to knowledgeable coaches, I have been here for over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. I am learning to do things that I have never thought possible. The classes are great for all – I started out as semi- athletic person and kept going until a week before I went into labor. The coaches are happy to accommodate all conditions, injuries and needs.Give them a try – you won’t regret it! And your health and body will thank you for it.

The workouts are great, but the community is what sets CFML apart. The improvements I’ve made to both my physical and mental health have been substantial. I can’t recommend it enough.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about CrossFit Main Line! I was intimidated to join since I hadn’t lifted any weights in 25 years and heard horror stories of injuries and unsafe practices. As a former distance runner, I was sick of running, so I was sitting on my butt, gaining weight instead (peri-menapause newsflash: getting heavier and heavier eating fewer and calories just to maintain). I joined 7 1/2 months ago and love it. Before even taking a class, they teach you how to do things like “clean and jerk”, and “sumo deadlift”. The coaches are super enthusiastic and helpful without being condescending. It’s the first gym I’ve belonged to where men and women are treated exactly the same by both staff and other members. I feel strong and powerful and can see the progress everywhere (increased muscle mass, increased number and of reps, decreased weight and %body fat) Also, I’ve learned from the coaches how to eat more food to find my healthy weight. I’m now 8 pounds lighter and much stronger!

I joined CrossFit Mainline 2 1/2 years ago, when I was looking for a gym with group workouts and appropriate class times. I didn’t know anything about CrossFit, and after a few searches, I found this facility which offered classes where the workouts were customized based on your ability and that’s exactly what I needed.Fast forward to today, I’m stronger, healthier and have a supportive circle of friends who challenge and motivate me.CrossFit Mainline has definitely exceeded my expectations. The coaches are knowledgeable. The programming is appropriate for everyone. The other members are very supportive.If you’re looking to make changes toward your health and fitness, check out CrossFit Mainline.I was not disappointed and would definitely recommend!

From the moment I found out about crossfit I have been waiting for the opportunity to find a box! Crossfit has been amazing for me and I knew it would take me to the next level but it’s also important that the environment in the box has to have good vibes and mainline crossfit was on point… crossfit help take me to the person I have been fighting to be, and that’s is a happier and healthier me. I’m happy to say I am down to 216.4 lbs from 223.6 lbs… I have lost 7.2 lbs during my 21 day crossfit challenge. My goal is to reach 145lbs within next year, and I am sure Mainline crossfit can take me there. Special thanks Betsy our team lead! Boddd Squad! Thank you to all coaches Heather, Kekio, Daniel, and Michael…(I’m sure I’m missing someone) Everyone was very welcoming and nice to my co worker and I. We had a blast!
