STIMULUS: Build to A Heavy into a Threshold workout
STRATEGY: The Power Snatches should be a weight athletes can do in quick singles, the Row should be done in under 2:00, and Rope Climbs in under 1:00
SCORING: “CLIMBING & CLIMBING” should take athletes 15 – 20 minutes
-Quick singles on the Power Snatches
-Consistent pace on the Row
-Focus on getting knees high and a strong foot clamp on the rope climbs
