50 Burpees
1 Mile Run
75 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches
1 Mile Run
100 Meter Walking Lunge

A good way to approach this workout is by aiming for moderate, manageable sets of 10-15 reps of each movement and minimizing rest in between sets. Aim for consistent intensity through the workout and most athletes will finish in 25 to 30 minutes.
