The best gym in the world! Honestly, I never expected to enjoy Crossfit as much as I do here. The coaches are phenomenal and super attentive. They… prioritize doing movements correctly and make sure you feel confident no matter how much you can lift. Not only are the workouts amazing but so is the community I found at this gym. I have been a member of CFML Plymouth Meeting for almost 10 years. Before I started CrossFit I had been just a regular “globo-gym” member, just doing… my own thing without any guidance. But I wasn’t seeing any change in my appearance or strength. I was ready to try something different. Starting this journey has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. Not only did I start to get stronger physically, but also mentally. The team of coaches here are so wonderful and kind. They are always willing to take the time with each member to explain things, change things up to better suit your needs, or just listen.I have never been a member at another CrossFit gym, but I feel so lucky to have found CFML Plymouth Meeting as my intro to CrossFit.
