WHITEBOARD BRIEF

Expect rounds to take between 1:30-2:00 to complete: finishing about 10-14 rounds at the end of 20 minutes
This workout is all about finding a sustainable rhythm with each movement and speed across the board
Imagine the pace you set in the first round is the pace you have to hold for the rest of the workout
For Example: If you open up with a 2 minute pace, you should finish 10 total rounds at the end of the 20 minutes
With a light-moderate barbell weight, aim for 1-2 sets
Get to at least 4 unbroken reps every round and see how you feel
This is the only movement we’d completely stop on, so it’s a good one to push
