8 Lateral Barbell Burpees

8 Double Dumbbell Push Jerks
8 Lateral Burpees Over Dumbbells

WHITEBOARD BRIEF

Expect this workout to take between 8-16 minutes to complete
The first priority today is minimizing your sets on the barbell
Find a speed on the burpees that allows you to do that
These sets of 8 are ideally completed in 1-2 sets
The less sets you do, the less power cleans (that don’t count towards your score) you have to complete just to get the weight back up
To be efficient, aim for just 8 power cleans today
It is better to slow down the burpees a touch in order to finish the push jerks in as few sets as possible
