In five-round workouts, pacing is crucially important. Take the first two rounds slower to familiarize yourself with the volume of the WOD and then gradually pick up the pace toward the end of the workout. Use each run as “active recovery” so you can move with a sense of purpose through the snatches, box jumps, and burpees. Anticipate working anywhere from 20-25mins today.
