60 DU, 30 Sit-Ups, 400m Run
40 DU, 20 Sit-Ups, 400m Run
20 DU, 10 Sit-Ups, 400m Run

WHITEBOARD BRIEF

The pacer of this workout will be the 400m run (or appropriate modification). This run should be approached at a steady, consistent pace through the entire workout. Aim for roughly 2:00ย to 2:15 for every run, managing your breath, so you can attack the descending reps of doubleunders and sit-ups with more intensity.
