5.29.19 – 6.6.18

The week following “Murph” is always a great week to reset and recover. This week the volume and intensity are lower with no benchmark pieces, but we’ll still be continuing our dynamic effort work with the Box Squat as well as one higher-threshold conditioning piece on that same day Thursday. This week will set up the following micro-cycle where we’ll be back into the swing of things with our normal template and testing.

Make sure to pay attention your pacing. Pacing recommendation are listed in the intent. Also, don’t forget to include “Extra Credit” work. This work will be the game-changer for continual progress.
