After my gym shut down less than 2 months before my wedding, I was in a bind to find a new gym to push me and keep me motivated. CrossFit Main Line is exactly that. With a welcoming environment- both the coaches and the members- and a wide variety of workouts, I can certainly say I haven’t been bored! I am challenged every time I go there and I’m still learning new “moves.” I recommend CFML to gym newbies and experienced lifters alike!

They bring their energy and enthusiasm to the space, modify the work out to fit your needs, and help you get better and closer to your goals every day.Thanks to CrossFit, I am over 50 and in the best shape of my life!
As is typical of my New Year’s resolutions, I decided in January I was going to start going to the gym. I assumed that like in previous years, I would be done going to the gym and back to my old habits within a month. So I join mainline CrossFit without much hope for it. 11 months later, I am hooked. It has changed my life not just physically, but mentally as well. And I think that all goes to the coaches and the other athletes. Everyone is so supportive, and scales things to your needs. I’ve felt part of a team from day one. So if you’re like me, and always intended to go to a gym, but never quite did so, give this a try. You won’t regret it.

I’m officially a CrossFit convert! I’m a night owl who had never lifted in her life but am fully addicted to the 530am class. The coaches, Chelsea and April, are amazing. Fun, knowledgeable, inclusive. If you’re a pro or a beginner they make it easy to get started, learn and grow and the environment is super supportive. If you’re curious, come check it out!

Little did I know, I’d have the dream team of coaches—Chelsea, April, and Dan—turning my slow, 60-something self into a fitness legend.These coaches deserve medals for dealing with my groans and complaints, yet they somehow managed to keep the workouts entertaining. I’m convinced they’re part-time comedians. Despite being the tortoise in a class of hares, they never made me feel like I was holding up the fitness parade.I go three times a week, and trust me, convincing myself to leave the comfort of my bed is a daily battle. But, the energy in those classes, thanks to these fitness wizards, is worth the early morning struggle.Not only are they knowledgeable (I suspect they have PhDs in making workouts bearable), but they’ve also kept me injury-free. No serious injuries, sprains, or any embarrassing falls—just the occasional dramatic collapse after a particularly grueling set.So, here’s to Chelsea, April, and Dan, the architects of my slow and steady transformation. If they can turn this old-timer into a gym regular, they can work miracles for anyone. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy your fitness with a side of laughter and a dash of self-deprecating humor!

Great gym! As a new member to CrossFit all of the coaches (Daniel, Chelsea and Kelli) have made me feel super welcomed right from the start. All the coaches and community are extremely helpful and friendly teaching all of the workout movements. Very happy with my decision to join CFML – Ardmore!

CrossFit Main Line is a great place to start, and continue your fitness journey! I love the variety of movement, and constant change in daily work outs. The coaches are so supportive of athletes at all levels, and spend time with each class member to ensure they have a suitable plan for the workout.I’ve been going to CrossFit Main Line for 6 years, and my 11 year old daughter has been a member for 4. We have both gotten stronger, leaner, and made new friends.Be sure to say hi to coach Chesley when you stop in. She’s a wealth of knowledge, a fantastic coach, and an all around great addition to everyone’s day!

Finding fitness after being a washed up former division one athlete was a very very difficult path for me. With hip issues from surgery and the fitness funk remaining from Covid I was looking for something new that could nurture my competitive edge and help me have fun while working out. CrossFit Mainline is the happiest place on earth for me! I love the environment and the competition that occurs within the gym. I also love that I am constantly encouraged to push myself and am in the best shape of my life after only 2 months. Every single coach is so knowledgeable and truly cares about your journey. Whether it’s Coach Jean reminding you to stretch, Coach April telling you to literally “just lift the bar lea” when I’m doubting my strength, or Chelsey giving you an extra shot of energy during your 5:30 am workout that will last you the entire day. I am so happy to have found my fitness home at CrossFit Mainline!!!
