Come for the workouts, stay for the people and literally everything else! I have been a member at Ardmore and Wayne CFML locations and both are top notch gyms. The coaches are amazing and make everything accessible for all different levels and abilities. The community is so welcoming and supportive and is one of the main reasons I have kept consistent in my routine. Truly a special place!

I would highly recommend CrossFit Main Line Wayne to anyone – from an experienced CrossFit enthusiast to someone just starting out their fitness journey. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always adaptable by the incredibly knowledgeable coaches. CFML also boasts a clean facility and convenient location at Gateway shopping center. The friendly faces – from staff to other members – definitely keep me motivated to keep coming back!

I signed up for the Noon class with Michelle yesterday and couldn’t have been more impressed with how warm and welcoming Michelle was along with the members. The facility was very clean and organized. The workout was challenging but scalable for everyone based off your fitness level. I will definitely be back!!
If you’re looking for somewhere to go for a fitness journey, this place is it. The coaches are committed and care—and at the end of the day, that’s the most important thing for your health and safety…while getting fit! Oh, and they’ll keep you motivated when everything inside of you is telling you to quit!

I spent many years avoiding a GYM or any sort of group exercise. I kept driving by CFML on my way to work for about 5 years. Never thinking I’d ever walk inside let alone enjoy it. Fast forward, I’ve been consistently going to CFML for over a year. It’s the part of my day I look forward to. I feel stronger, flexible, and overall happier since joining CFML. The best part is every day is a surprise work out and the coaches are always mindful of your level of athleticism while pushing you to be better than you ever thought possible. Sounds corny but I never thought I’d enjoy this place as much as I do. Life changing physically, emotionally and mentally.
I joined CrossFit Main Line – Wayne about a month and a half ago. No prior CrossFit or weight lifting experience. I’ve had a blast learning new movements and powering through the workouts. The coaches are all very attentive, the community is welcoming, and the facilities are top notch, and the concept is convenient (you show up, have a workout already programmed, power through it, done). I would recommend CFML to any beginner looking to learn a different way of exercise with an excellent community.
CFML is my healthy addiction! Prior to joining, I toured 3 other gyms as mine was closing. I picked CFML Wayne because of its convenient location, friendly members and coaches alike. I did not feel intimidated whatsoever, which was my primary concern as I’m relatively new to exercising. Over the course of 18 mos I’ve gone from a 2x/week member to a 5x/week member. I’ve made many friends along the way and have translated my discipline in the gym to my personal life and the results are fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with my membership at CFML.

I have been to many CrossFit gyms and CFML is by far the best. The coaches are knowledgeable, the facilities are top notch, and the community is friendly. I recommend CFML to anyone looking for a good workout.
I love this gym! Staff is so approachable, knowledgeable, empathetic, and fun! I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m not leaving unless they kick me out! 😄. Also close to tons of restaurants!!!
