Join Us for the Manion Hero WOD on April 27th!

Join us on Saturday, April 27th as we unite with the CFML community to pay tribute to 1st Lt Travis Manion, USMC. Honor Travis’ Legacy with a Special Workout: The Manion Hero WOD. This annual event brings together veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to commemorate Travis’ life and sacrifice.

Hosted by CrossFit boxes, ruck clubs, and gyms nationwide, participants honor Travis by completing a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats for 7 rounds, echoing the date of his ultimate sacrifice on April 29th, 2007. While registration is not mandatory, it’s appreciated by the Manion Foundation.

Coach Michelle Unveils This Week’s CrossFit Lineup!

Coach Michelle delivers this week’s rundown: Kick off with lunges for strength, then dive into 4 AMRAPs with rope climbs, burpees, and bike calories. Tuesday initiates a strength cycle with overhead squats, followed by a 7-minute AMRAP blending power snatches, overhead squats, and double unders. Wednesday features a marathon of 6 4-minute AMRAPs including wall walks, dumbbell box step overs, and max calorie row. Thursday introduces tempo deadlifts and a trio of rounds involving a meter run, dumbbell snatches, and pull-ups. Friday culminates the strength cycle with bench presses and an ascending ladder of shoulder-to-overheads and box jumps. Saturday’s highlight is the Hollyman hero workout. Don’t miss out!
