As we continue to celebrate National Women’s Month, we’re thrilled to announce Leading Ladies Week at CFML, a week dedicated to honoring the strength, resilience, and achievements of women. 

Get ready for a week packed with both classic CrossFit benchmarks and new benchmarks named after notable women who have left an indelible mark on history.

We’ll be diving into a week of Classic CrossFit Benchmarks, reminding us of the incredible progress and accomplishments made by female athletes worldwide. But that’s not all! We’re also introducing new benchmarks named after inspiring women who have paved the way for generations to come. Get ready to test your mettle and pay homage to these extraordinary individuals.

Honor 1st Lt Travis Manion’s Legacy: Join Us for the Manion Hero WOD on April 27th!

Join us on Saturday, April 27th as we unite with the CFML community to pay tribute to 1st Lt Travis Manion, USMC. Honor Travis’ Legacy with a Special Workout: The Manion Hero WOD. This annual event brings together veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to commemorate Travis’ life and sacrifice.

Hosted by CrossFit boxes, ruck clubs, and gyms nationwide, participants honor Travis by completing a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats for 7 rounds, echoing the date of his ultimate sacrifice on April 29th, 2007. While registration is not mandatory, it’s appreciated by the Manion Foundation.

CFML Weekly Workout Recap: March 18th Edition with Coach Michelle

Join us this week as we honor the incredible power, strength, and resilience of women through specially curated workouts. Drawing inspiration from remarkable women in history who conquered challenges and shattered barriers, let their stories fuel your motivation as you embark on your fitness journey.

Starting Monday, we kick off with double overhand deadlifts followed by AMRAPs paying homage to the life of Amelia Earhart. Tuesday brings heavy thrusters and a partner-inspired chipper workout in honor of Dolly Parton. On Thursday, we prime our cleans and tackle a special agent Lara Croft-inspired burner.

We conclude the week celebrating the life of Frida Kahlo with push jerks and a tribute to the original CrossFit girls, incorporating modern updates for a challenging workout.

Join us for a week of empowering workouts as we come together to break barriers and redefine strength. Let’s inspire each other and make this week unforgettable. See you in class!
