CrossFit Open

No Friday Left Behind
Everyone hits the Open Workout

During the CrossFit Open at CrossFit Main Line, our regular schedule keeps going strong with strength sessions, metcons, and cardio workouts. However, come Friday, it’s all about the CrossFit Open workout. We’re glued to the live announcement on Thursdays at 2 PM ET, waiting to see what challenge lies ahead.

On Fridays, every class dives into The Open workout. We want everyone to have a shot, no matter their schedule. If your registered for The CrossFit Open, come to any class. We’ll find a judge and make sure every rep counts. And of course, if your not we want you to participate too. We’ll tweak things here and there to make sure everyone gets a good workout.

And when the Open wraps up, we throw down with a Friday Night Lights bash on March 15th. Think celebratory beers, BBQs, and good vibes all around. It’s our way of capping off the Open with a bang and celebrating our awesome community. Stay tuned to weekly news updates and your coaches announcements to learn more.

Seth Flesher
CFML – Wayne Leader of the Month

CFML proudly honors Seth Flesher as the Wayne Leader of the Month, giving props to his amazing dedication and all-around awesomeness. Can you believe he’s rocked up to 927 WODs? And check this out: his back squat hits a whopping 335 pounds, and he deadlifts a cool 425 pounds.

But Seth’s more than just a gym beast. He’s a top-notch dad to his two boys and the go-to handyman around CFML. Always ready to jump in and help out, he’s like the gym’s superhero.

When he’s not hitting the ropes or cheering for his favorite football team, Seth captains the 9:30 AM crew with style. With his infectious energy and friendly vibes, he’s the heart and soul of the class, making everyone feel pumped to be there. Cheers to Seth – he’s the real MVP!
