Hold the standard

CrossFit stands out by sticking to top-notch movement standards, ensuring strength, fitness, and injury prevention like no other. Greg Glassman, the founder of CrossFit, once said that the greatest transformation in CrossFit happens between the ears. Its about dropping the ego, keeping movement integrity, and hitting the sweet spot – loading right for the workout and nailing mechanics even when things get intense.

We aim for A+ times with at least A- mechanics. That’s why coaches lay down the rules at the start, push proper scaling, and correct any slip-ups during the workout. It’s not just about safety; it’s about nailing those mechanics and getting stronger for real.

I’m seriously proud of how open everyone is to coaching. It’s why you rock your workouts – coaching isn’t a hassle; it’s about leveling up and consistently owning those skills.

– Coach Daniel
