The CFML family is thrilled to extend a warm welcome to CrossFit Valley Forge and its exceptional leaders—Coach Rich, Kristyn, Ron, and Matt! A journey that began in 2010 at CrossFit Inspire in Malvern, PA, has evolved into a network of diverse CrossFit communities. Embracing life’s changes, from new families to evolving careers, has provided opportunities to welcome outstanding coaches and their communities into CFML. Coach Michelle and CrossFit Lock 60 joined us last year, followed by Coach Pete and Karen from CrossFit Royalty. Now, as we step into January, the excitement is palpable as we welcome the Valley Forge crew to join our CFML – Wayne community. Get ready for an impressive blend of top-notch facilities, coaching excellence, and the vibrant culture that defines CFML. Mike Shine, our CFML-Wayne Leader of the Month, embodies dedication and community spirit. Starting his CrossFit journey 11 years ago with us, he’s been a steadfast presence through facility moves and coaching transitions. At 50, Mike hit a milestone with a 300# bench press, and a decade later the community showed up to celebrate with a pool party at his home. Always welcoming to new athletes, Mike brings his family to join in workouts, creating a positive and joyful atmosphere at CFML.

If a class consistently has 12 attendees, we’ll keep the time; otherwise, we’ll test a new time for 4 weeks. Help by signing into class (not just reserving) and scoring your workout in Wodify.

January Programming, CFML’s Explosive Start to 2024:
December closed with a robust finish to our strength cycle and festive-themed workouts. Transitioning into 2024, we’re embarking on a dynamic 3-month phase, “All Gas,” intensifying engines and honing peak performance. The focus includes RPE 9-10 workouts weekly, gearing up for the CrossFit Open with confidence-boosting sessions. January highlights feature a 6-week strength cycle culminating in a 1-Rep test for Back Squat and Deadlift, strategically placed post-workout. Benchmarking with Death Row, Karen, and a hero workout adds intensity. Skill will be moved to clinics as we add in more strength work weekly.
