From the dawn of time (well, the dawn of Plymouth Meeting, at least), Kate has been flexing her muscles and flaunting her fitness finesse. We’ve witnessed her CrossFit journey weave seamlessly into the tapestry of her life, from pre-baby gains to now sharing the joy of burpees with her mini-me, Connor.

What’s the secret to Kate’s perpetual grin at the ungodly hour of 5AM? We suspect it’s a mix of endorphins, caffeine, and a dash of unicorn magic. This radiant ray of sunshine not only brightens up her own workouts but also sprinkles positivity like confetti on her fellow classmates and coaches. 😁🌈

Last lift of the week for our second wave loading cycle. Wall Balls and Push-Ups on their own aren’t the most intimidating of movements, but put together…you have a shoulder burner for the ages.

Back Squat

20 Wall Balls
20 Push Ups

BACK SQUAT: Much like the prior lifts, the focus will be on establishing solid positions.
WORKOUT: This is just as much grit and determination as it is speed and strategy. While there is squatting and maybe lunging involved, athletes won’t notice much of it as they will be too preoccupied with shaking off their arms.
PENALTY: Break up the wall balls and you owe us 6 jumping split squats
