Ardmore’s Leader of the Month: Terrance!

At 70 years young, Terence loves wilderness and still has many adventures (which he credits to staying fit enough to do because of CrossFit!). He crewed on a sailboat to Bermuda, went backcountry ski camping in the Tetons and recently got back from cross country skiing in the Swedish Arctic. Also started rowing on the Schuylkill last summer.

You can find Terence at the 5:30am class, and participating in the Masters CrossFit Open every year. 

His first question upon receiving his Leader jersey was: “And I get a parking spot, right?” So, stay out of his spot! 

Congrats Terence! Well deserved!
