Gymnastics: Today we want everyone to perform one gymnastics movement different from last week. Try not to practice HSPU which we will do tomorrow, unless you aren’t planning to attend Wednesday. These practice sets should not make them sore, or tear your hands.

Metcon: Today’s metcon is intended to be done at 75% effort for all sets. Athletes will only have enough rest for partial recovery to sustain their efforts. All work should be completed UB. KB weight choices should be light and allow for a fast cycle rate. Overall, finding a slightly ”uncomfortable pace” on the rower for all sets and completing Double Under/KBS UB for all 5 sets is the goal today.
