Coach led 400 m run! Stop every 100 meters to complete coahc choice of warm up moves

The run should be finished between :40-:60. Use the remainder of the time to catch breath and slow heart rate. The full minute of work should be paced at 75% to limit rests. Coach should give a :10 head’s up to move onto the next movement
