Barbell Hell!!

10 deadlift- moderate weight- go unbroken
20 mountain climbers
10 front squat- moderate weight- go unbroken
20 jump squats
10 push press- moderate weight, go unbroken
20 jump rope

Legs and lung burner for today. The barbell movements are intended to be unbroken, so focus on a moderate weight and technique. push the heart rate at the alternating cardio portions and slow the heart rate when you return to the barbell.
Athletes are encouraged to set up 1 barbell for the deadlifts and use another for the front squats and push presses.
