Intent:
Increasing rep scheme ladders always push your mental capacity and whether you can sustain a pace while you’re getting more fatigued and the reps just continue to increase. Do not shoot out of the gate too hot on these as they catch up quick. Break up the reps as you dive into the double digit numbers and hold on tight!
