Intent:
This is a grinder. While much of the focus is deliberate muscle building movies, peppered in is quick intense HIIT moves that are designed to raise your heart rate rapidly. The focus should be on maintaining an even pacing throughout- all cardio moves down unbroken and quick. Row is intended to be a sprint.
