On the surface this is a cardio based workout. Coach should let the athletes know there is a LOT of CORE work here! Ball slams should be done with a tight tummy, ting rows should have athlete maintaining a tight plank position, lunges are always just about core strength, balance, and maintaining a tall chest, as they are about hamstring and glute work.
