Intent: Shuttle runs today, choose a simple course for athletes to run. Shuttle runs are never very fast but the constant turning makes them challenging. Push athletes here to keep an honest and moderately hard pace for the duration. Challenge them to keep the same distance accumulated the whole workout. For the sit-ups let’s keep the ball hugged to the chest Plate. The 1:00 rest at the end is to ensure intensity for each set, if you don’t “need” the rest then you didn’t go hard enough!
