5 x broad jump + bounce back + forward roll
5 x plank thrust + mountain climbers + tuck jump
x5- under 1 minute per round

Deadlift (2 x 2 , then 1x1x1x1…)

find a heavy 3
in 10 sets or less
start light
big jumps
