Barbell Club Month 1

Starting May 30, the CrossFit Skill and Strength class will take a hiatus for the summer months. In the Fall, we have plans to upgrade the program, bringing in specialty Coaches and weekend hours to continue encouraging Athletes to set and conquer goals. In the interim we will post Barbell Strength programming to the blog which can be completed during open gym.
