April showers bring May flowers… and the end of the Crossfit Open! We are so proud of the athleticism and support that was found in both boxes! From cheering fellow athletes on, judging numerous rounds and leaving it all on the floor, well, color us astounded. Now, we focus on those abs… welcome to ABril, starting April 10!
We are also excited to announce Coach Mike Pinelli as the new Program Manager and Head Coach of The Main Line CrossFit – Wayne and Coach Betsy Engles has joined the team as the Administrative Manager. Coach Mike will be running the day to day operations of the Wayne location and Betsy the administrative duties at both locations. Mike and Betsy, welcome to the team we are excited that you are taking on larger roles.

Meet Coach Mike Pinelli
In 2012 Mike was introduced to CrossFit and pursued an internship at a CrossFit gym in Bethlehem, PA. He has been CrossFitting ever since.
Mike graduated from Marywood Univeristy where he played 4 years as a Varsity Athlete. Soon after graduating Mike took a coaching position at a CrossFit in Lower Bucks County where he enjoyed 4 years of coaching while teaching at Delaware County Christian School as the Health and Physical Education teacher and Head Strength and Conditioning coach.
Meet Coach Betsy
Betsy graduate of the University of Kentucky where she played varsity soccer player gave her firsthand experience with sport specific training, power lifting, weight control, and nutrition. Post-graduation she earned a Certified Personal Trainer designation from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Betsy has since received her Health and Physical Education teaching certificate from Eastern University.

With the Crossfit Open all finished – we’d like to again just say, “wow”. Lots of dumbbells, lots of dubs, and lots of PRs! Great job to everyone on leaving it all on the floor and putting forth your best effot. Check out the leaderboards below!

Rules: All midline movements count towards your total. Calculate 1 rep for every 5 sec of static midline work (planks, L sits, etc.)

CrossFit Bowling Night!
Break out your inner Lebowski and join us this month for CrossFit Bowling Night!. No matter which box you train or side of the Main Line your on we have you covered. Just RSVP and BYOB your way over on Friday April 20th or Saturday April 21st and enjoy the community. Lanes and shoe rental are on the house!
Athlete Appreciation Week

• In house Co-Ed competition to crown the king and queen of Prom, with a twist…..
The week of May 7th kicks off Athlete appreciation week at the Main Line CrossFit, culminating with the CrossFit Prom on Saturday May 13. During the week local vendors will be dropping in to provide products and information during the classes. Already on the books; coffee and breakfast for the morning crews and mixers and cocktails for the evening Athletes. Along with local apparel and supplement vendors scattered throughout the week.
The week culminates with the crowning of the King and Queen of the CrossFit Prom on May 13th. To get there we will be hosting an in house co-ed competition and the Box with the highest best scores will host the prom!
Recommit to Resolution Challenge
No magic potions, No Voodoo spells.
Just a 30 day commitment is all it takes.
We are looking for 15 Athletes to under go a 4 week recommitment to resolutions challenge. Our program is designed to challenge your goals, but is no magic pill. Expect to work hard. We don’t care where you’re starting just try hardest and we will take care of everything else.
