Thanksgiving and Black Friday hours
Thursday 11.24.16 9am WOD, Radnor Memorial Park
Friday 11.25.16 9:30am & 4:30pm ONLY (babysitting available)

“Don’t Drop the Turkey!”
In Teams of 2 or 3 Complete:
400m Run
–Then–
100 Sit Ups
50 Deadlifts (85,55)
100 Squat Jumps
50 Hang Power Cleans (85,55)
100 Sit ups
50 Front Squats (85,55)
100 Split Lunges (L+R=2)
50 Push Press (85,55)
100 Push Ups
50 Hang Power Snatches (85,55)
–Then–
100 Yard Overhead Lunge With ‘Turkey’
**Each team will be given a barbell and will advance it down the field 10 yards at time as they complete the movements. After the final movement is completed the team will then overhead lunge their ‘Turkey’, 100 yards, back to the starting line.
