1.  Snatch Pull (3×5)
2.  Snatch (12 EMOM: 3 Snatches (TnG) )
3.  Hang Clean (12 EMOM: 2 Hang Cleans)
4.  Clean + 2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks (8×1 Build Across)

Open Gym

1.  Clean Pull + Hang Clean + Jerk (1RM)
2.  Front Squat (3RM)
3.  Incline Bench Press (5×5)
4.  KB Squat Jumps (5×5)
