2.  Clean and Jerk (1RM)

Sunday

1.  Back Box Squat – Single Red Band (12×2 @ 50% + 25%)
2.  Overhead Squat (6RM)
3.  Clean Grip Dimel Deadlifts (@ 70% of 1RM DL 3×8)
4.  E2MOM 20:  Perform 2 Cleans @ 85%
