2.  Front Squat (5×5 @ 80%)
2a. Back Squat (No Back Squat! Rest for next week’s 1RM!)
3.  Banded Clean Speed Pull (@ 50% 8×2)
4.  Banded Anderson Front Squats (8RM)
5.  Single Leg Box Jump (Max Height)

Sunday

1.  Split Jerk Strict Press (8RM)

2.  Back Squat (@75% 4×3)
3.  Snatch Grip Dimel Deadlifts (@30% 1RM DL 2×20)
4.  GHD DB Flyes + Windmills + OH Press (2×10)
