5.  Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
10 Min EMOM
1 Snatch + 1 OHS @ 75%

Sunday

1.  Hang Clean + Push Press + Jerk (1RM)
2.  Snatch Balance (Heavy Double)
3.  Front Rack Barbell Bulgarian Split Squat (3×10 Each: Goal is to fail 9-10th rep)
4.  Back Extensions (12RM)
