It seems as if the weather has officially turned and Spring has sprung while the Main Line CrossFit Boxes are heating up – good thing that we have air conditioning and aren’t afraid to use it! Leading up to the Memorial Day weekend we have a lot going on. Close to 100 Main Line CrossFit Athletes ran in the Broad Street run in support of Team Lisa and the highly anticipated Main Line CrossFit Prom will take place Saturday, May 16th. On Memorial Day weekend we will be hosting the 3rd annual “24 Heroes in 24 Hours” event to raise money for “Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund”. During the event our CrossFit classes will rotate workouts as the event progresses.
In addition to all the awesome events going on this May, new spring apparel is arriving along with the some new additions to our CrossFit Family.

Stop by Saturday, May 16th, for a great event to celebrate our Main Line CrossFit Community. This year we will hold the “CrossFit Prom” at the Main Line location (10 E. Athens Ave. Ardmore, PA). Stop by, have your picture snapped in the photo booth, enjoy your WOD partners, DJ and Bar. ‘Gym Formal’ attire is requested which really means to lace up those nanos or new metcons and anything else goes! Dates and RSVPs are not required but feel free to bring that significant other and show them why CrossFit is not like other gyms!

**Welcome to Muscle Up May!**
Looking for that infamous muscle up? Whether your goal is to perform a muscle up on the rings or bar, the ‘Extra Credit’ during the month of May is designed to help you practice the skill sets required to perform the muscle up. Maybe you don’t even have a pull up…That is ok, the ‘Extra Credit’ will also help you get that first pull up or chest to bar. Good luck and always feel free to ask a Coach for help!
Main Line Barbell Club
Class Cap Update
Starting 5.12.15 Main Line Barbell Club will be capped at 8 Athletes per weekday class to insure proper exposure to Coaching. You will need to register for each 4 week block. To reserve your space email Jenn@CrossFitMainLine.com with the time and location that fits your schedule.
On May 22, 2015, CrossFit Main Line will host the 3rd Annual 24 in 24 event: 24 Heroes in 24 Hours. Starting at 9:30 AM on Friday the 22nd, Athletes will perform a “Hero WOD” every hour for 24 straight hours to raise money for the “Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund”. Make sure you get a shirt at registration.
Over the last several weeks we amped up the excitement at the Box as we announced Coach Merrilee’s and Coach Daniel’s new addition. Baby Davidson is set to arrive October 2015. A big Thank You to everyone for the support and congratulations!
