Signing up for this gym is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches are spectacular!! They are very attentive and make sure we’re in proper form and lifting the right amount of weight. The community is also super encouraging and friendly! I came to this gym with zero CrossFit experience and never felt intimidated or uncomfortable during any of the workouts. My daughter does the teen classes with Wendi and she is an absolutely fantastic coach! She knows what she’s talking about, always has form and safety in mind, and is so playful as well. My daughter is HOOKED! We could not be happier with CF Main Line!

Before finding CrossFit, I was looking for that 1-on-1 training without the heavy expense. I’m not a person who can workout alone. Fortunately, CrossFit was able to support me. I’m not paying an arm and leg, I’ve dropped a pants size within 6 weeks, and the entire establishment is friendly and supportive. Oh! and I’m finally seeing progress in my glutes ❤️ LOVE IT

Extremely knowledgeable coaches with some of the best coaching I’ve received (this is the 4th gym I’ve been a member of). Great warm ups that set you up for safe workout. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. So glad I came back to the gym and chose CFML.

I spent many years avoiding a GYM or any sort of group exercise. I kept driving by CFML on my way to work for about 5 years. Never thinking I’d ever walk inside let alone enjoy it. Fast forward, I’ve been consistently going to CFML for over a year. It’s the part of my day I look forward to. I feel stronger, flexible, and overall happier since joining CFML. The best part is every day is a surprise work out and the coaches are always mindful of your level of athleticism while pushing you to be better than you ever thought possible. Sounds corny but I never thought I’d enjoy this place as much as I do. Life changing physically, emotionally and mentally.

Finding fitness after being a washed up former division one athlete was a very very difficult path for me. With hip issues from surgery and the fitness funk remaining from Covid I was looking for something new that could nurture my competitive edge and help me have fun while working out. CrossFit Mainline is the happiest place on earth for me! I love the environment and the competition that occurs within the gym. I also love that I am constantly encouraged to push myself and am in the best shape of my life after only 2 months. Every single coach is so knowledgeable and truly cares about your journey. Whether it’s Coach Jean reminding you to stretch, Coach April telling you to literally “just lift the bar lea” when I’m doubting my strength, or Chelsey giving you an extra shot of energy during your 5:30 am workout that will last you the entire day. I am so happy to have found my fitness home at CrossFit Mainline!!!
