I started CrossFit 5 months ago and fretted over everything. Could I do the workouts? How would I fit in? How can I learn what to do? All that worrying was for nothing. The coaches at CFML are nothing short of AMAZING. They are knowledgeable, attentive and not afraid to push you when you need it. They offer alternatives for moves you haven’t mastered so you never feel excluded from a workout. The community at CFML is welcoming and always encouraging and in 5 short months I’ve forged friendships to last a lifetime. I love it here!

I LOVE the community at this gym!! It is the main reason that I have continued to go here for almost 6 years now. The gym owners and managers are always approachable and exude a great positive energy whenever you see them. They also always do their best to improve the gym environment and programming to benefit the full community.

Great people, great coaches and kick-butt workouts. A very welcoming environment for people who are nervous to try Crossfit and/or feel intimidated. They will do everything they can to help you feel comfortable learning the skills and are happy to answer your questions.

Crossfit Mainline has exceeded all my expectations! If you’re looking to make a change in your fitness routine, this is the place.
