Welcome to the month of love – February. We have a lot of fun things happening this month to enhance whatever “other” activities you have going on! The start of the open, speciality clinics and even a Valentines Day workout and party. The Lifestyle Challenge has also concluded – how’d you do? We’re so proud of everyone who took advantage of this! We hope that bad habits were kicked, goals were reached and your new knowledge will keep you on track.

We’re excited to start to celebrate the CrossFit Open – stay tuned for information on Friday Night Lights and more information coming up during the Open Season.

Friday Night Lights – Registration and Schedule

The Crossfit Open is the world’s largest fitness competition. Over 250,000 people competed in last year’s CrossFit Open and this year will be even bigger!

Each week we will host the workout in our very own variation of Friday Night Lights. A fun energetic environment that takes the stress out of the open. Whether your registered for the CrossFit Open or not, all are welcome to complete the workout, celebrate personal records and enjoy the open bar. Prior each Friday Night, a heat schedule will be posted at the hosting Box to sign up upon arrival. Check out pictures from last year.
