Who Am I?
Mark was a 3 sport athlete in high school (football, wrestling, and lacrosse) at Marple Newtown. Β After high school he played lacrosse at Millersville.
In 2015, Mark got tired of his long and lonely gym workouts, so a friend recommended he try CrossFit. After taking his first class, Mark was hooked. Β Β
Mark owns and operates a small seasonal business, which affords ample time to train in his offseason. Β He has always been interested in health and fitness, so adding CrossFit to his routine just made sense. Β He has noticed a huge improvement in his diet and overall fitness.
