Who Am I?
Mark was a 3 sport athlete in high school (football, wrestling, and lacrosse) at Marple Newtown. After high school he played lacrosse at Millersville.
In 2015, Mark got tired of his long and lonely gym workouts, so a friend recommended he try CrossFit. After taking his first class, Mark was hooked.
Mark owns and operates a small seasonal business, which affords ample time to train in his offseason. He has always been interested in health and fitness, so adding CrossFit to his routine just made sense. He has noticed a huge improvement in his diet and overall fitness.
