Who Am I?

Jenna’s fitness journey started right in the middle of high school. Knowing she had a passion and interest in all things health and fitness, Jenna pursued a degree in Kinesiology at Penn State Main in 2011. Through their fitness studies program, Jenna gained her experience and knowledge in the Globo- Gym Setting. Needing an internship before graduating, Jenna pursued one at a local CrossFit in 2014 hoping for a chance to learn and gain knowledge in an up and coming fitness regimen she didn’t know anything about. What she also didn’t know was she was stepping into the most impactful, life changing experience of her life. Her passion and education in the CrossFit methodology grew fast as she obtained her Level 1, CrossFit Kids and Level 2 certification. Diving right into the methodology of CrossFit, Jenna has loved the training style and the way it challenges her to try new things and push past new and uncomfortable limits. The CrossFit community has been a highlight of her time since starting and grew her to a positive, more healthy lifestyle, making her passionate about giving back and sharing her knowledge and experiences with her athletes and classes. Her philosophy is consistently showing up with your best attitude and positive mindset as the forefront. Leave your ego at the door with your mind open and ready to work and the beauty of CrossFit and the confidence, strength, and joy it can bring will be in abundance. When not at the gym, Jenna enjoys being home with her husband and pets, playing card, board or video games, playing or watching sports, and spending time with her friends. Before CrossFit and fitness, she was big into music, particularly an active member in her school’s drumline! Jenna passed and received her Certified Level 3 CrossFit Trainer designation in 2019 and CrossFit Kids in 2015 and also holds her specialty course certifications in Gymnastics, Rowing, Adaptive Athlete, and Burgener Strength.
