Coach Michelle here with this week’s WOD Brief:

  • Monday: 20-minute AMRAP: cowbike, Russian swings, and double-unders.
  • Tuesday: 8-minute clock to find a heavy 3-rep thruster, then 15 rounds of 1 ring muscle-up, 3 thrusters, and 6 burpees over the bar.
  • Wednesday: 3 sets for time: running and toes-to-bar.
  • Thursday: Heavy 5-rep deadlift, then 4 rounds of deadlifts, box jumps, and handstand push-ups.
  • Friday: Close-grip bench press to a heavy set.
  • Saturday: Snatch complex, then 2 rounds of rowing, wall balls, and handstand push power snatches.
