WHITEBOARD BRIEF

STIMULUS: “YOU SHOULD GO” is a Sprint!
STRATEGY: Athletes should try to go unbroken in movements as long as possible. Athletes will have a 1:1 work to rest ratio, so they should be able to sprint when it is their turn.
SCALING: Athletes should choose a Kettlebell weight that they can maintain unbroken sets for all rounds.
SCORING: Athletesโ€™ score will be the Time it takes for them and their partner to complete the workout. Athletes should be able to finish the work out in 15-25 Minutes.
-If an athlete is strong at Toes to Bar they should hold onto unbroken sets as long as possible. If athletes arenโ€™t as strong at Toes to Bar, they should start breaking in the early rounds maintaining short/quick breaks to manage fatigue.
-Athletes should focus on unbroken sets of Kettlebell Swings each round
-Athletes can push the pace on Burpees knowing that they will be resting while their partner works.
