STIMULUS: A pacer workout that will build up front rack fatigue
STRATEGY: We want athletes to focus on movement efficiency and quality today finding a pace where they move at a consistent pace throughout the workout
SCORING: This workout is for time **and we’ll cap athletes today at **28 minutes
**SCALING: ** Athletes should choose a distance they can finish in under 2:30. Athletes should pick a moderate-heavy kettlebell weight that they can complete 50ft in 1-2 sets
-Athletes should find a pace they can hold consistently for all 6 rounds
-Athletes should be able to transition at a steady pace between movements not needing a big break or rest
