10 Push-ups

Switch Stations After 2 Rounds of Sit-ups + Push-ups

20 Shuttle Runs [10 Meters] 40 AbMat Sit-ups
20 Push-ups

WHITEBOARD BRIEF

With the score being calories on the bike, look to give a strong effort there
You will essentially have 5 two-minute efforts on the machine each
When you get off the bike, you have two lower heart rate movements
The sit-ups and push-ups are more muscular than anything, and don’t involve the legs, which are the main movers on the bike
This is a nice incentive to give a little more on the machine
When you’re off the bike, breathe through the sit-ups and aim for big sets of push-ups
