Coach will tell the move,
demo the move and
athletes partner up and practice the moves
Coach will allow time in practicing
to figure out their scale and modifications

2  wall ball partner toss
5 push ups- scale thereof- snake ups
2 wall ball partner toss-
hold ball in front of face,
sit in squat, stand,
toss up and over to partner
5 sit ups
2 wall ball partner toss
5 squats
5 wall ball partner toss
